Baileys Auction Co. – Consignment Auction Terms & Conditions
Buyer’s Premium
-A 10% Buyer’s Fee will be added to the final bid price of all items sold. This fee is non-negotiable and payable by the buyer.
Payment Terms
-Full payment is due within 7 business days after the auction concludes.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, certified check, or credit card (additional 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments).
Equipment Inspection
-All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied by Baileys Auction Co.
-Buyers are responsible for inspecting the equipment prior to bidding.
-Inspection hours will be provided prior to the auction date.
Title and Ownership
-Titles (where applicable) will be transferred to the buyer within 30 days and if available after full payment received
Seller Terms
-Baileys Auction Co. will charge a % or flat rate on the final selling price please talk to us about rate for each item you want to consign.
Liability
- Baileys Auction Co. is not liable for accidents, theft, damage, or loss of equipment before, during, or after the auction.
- Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation and removal of purchased equipment.
