General Information 

** THERE WILL BE PUBLIC/DEALER FEES, PLEASE TAKE A COPY WHEN YOU REGISTER IN PERSON**

** Not all vehicles are to be sold to the public due to VA state inspection laws **

A1.Please read the following terms and conditions are a legal binding contract between you (the Bidder/Buyer) and the seller not Bailey's Auction Co. The auction company is not responsible for any announcements. To register and bid in this auction you must read and agree to these terms and are bound by them. All bidders must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license or a picture ID. 

A2. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY either expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect vehicles before bidding. The auction house does not accept responsibility for any defects or issues with the vehicles.

A3. Please compare description and photos. It is our intent to describe and photograph the majority of items included in that lot. However, there are times when other items may appear in the background or behind the items noted to be in that lot. Just because an item is in a photo does not mean it is included in that lot. If you have questions regarding a specific lot or item that affects your final bid, please call the office, Bobby Bailey, or Emma Bailey.

A4.. Once you place and confirm a bid through our bidding platform, you cannot remove or lower the bid. No bids will be removed once they have been placed.

A5.. Due diligence is the responsibility of the Bidder. All sales are final. When the bidding ends on our website/live in person auctions and you are the winning bidder, you then assume complete responsibility to fulfill the obligations of these terms and agreements.

A6. Bailey’s Auctioneering is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors or omissions.

A7. After reading the description and viewing all of the photos available and you still have questions, feel free to call our office or team members. Please remember that 99% of the time we have provided all of the information we have in the description. We strive to represent the items to the best of our ability with the knowledge known. 

A8. Bailey's Auction Co will not be held responsible for any damages or losses arising from website downtime, including but not limited to missed bids, delayed auctions, or technical failures. Users acknowledge that access to the platform is subject to availability, and participation in any auction is at their own risk.

A9. All bidders must be registered before participating in the auction.

A10. Titles will be held until payment has been cleared. 

A.11 Payment for purchases are to be settled by the end of auction day. If payment is not made by the end of auction day there will be $100 late fee. Payment can be taken by cash, check, or card.
